No matter how many times you ask someone to perform a task, its inevitable they’re going to forget or screw it up. They may not understand the importance of the job, lack the competence or simply might not care as much as you do. In any case, if it’s really important, install a failsafe check list, do it yourself or accept that from time to time things are just gonna fall through the cracks. – Dad
No one who ever procrastinated over a project said “this is the best work I’ve done” ever. If you are up against a task you don’t like or excel at stop and ask a friend or co-worker for help. It will yield better results, be a lot more fun and get the job done much faster. – Dad
