We’re in the midst of another COVID flare up and that has many people are on edge. I think it’s important in times like these to remember the words of Victor Frankl, a noted Austrian neurologist, psychiatrist, philosopher, author, and Holocaust survivor: “Our greatest freedom is the freedom to choose our attitude”. Choose yours wisely.

The feeling of anxiety comes from a perceived need to control the future. Unfortunately, we can’t control the future any more than we can undo the past. When we get caught up with a case of the “what if’s” take comfort knowing that everything will play out in exactly the way it’s meant to be.
