“Happiness hygiene habits” 21 days, 2 minutes a day – Shawn Achor
- Look for three new things you’re grateful for and why.
- Think of one positive experience and journal three details of that meaningful experience.
- 15 minutes of fun mindful cardio a day or 3x a week is equal to taking an anti-depressant drug.
- Attention training and meditation for 2 minutes a day.
- Write out a 2-minute text or email thanking someone for the positive impact they’ve made in your life.
