Fear is a byproduct of lack of repetition. The more times you try something the easier it becomes. The more skills you develop and the more trust you earn in the process. The first skydive is hard, but by the 10th jump you know what to expect and can enjoy the ride (that is if you enjoy skydiving). So goes anything that is hard. So goes life. – Dad

I was talking shop with a friend this morning when he mentioned he’d begun taking anxiety meds over the fear of “what if’s” sinking his company. While certainly being supportive in his feelings I posed the idea that perhaps its the daily “what if’s” that make us as entrepreneurs successful. While forward thinking can lead to frazzled nerves it also makes for smart planning and situational awareness. Two very important factors when it comes to long term financial success. Remember, what scares you can also serve you if reflected in the proper light. – Dad
