Boy, I was angry today about a customer. The kind of angry that if not caught early could have led to some regretful decisions. Instead of losing my cool I turned to my team to blow off steam, asked a counterpart to review a hastily written email and stopped for a 20 minute meditation. In the end crisis averted, but this is real-time example of how to put the skill of mindfulness to work. – Dad
