During moments of meditative silence, what do you say to yourself when the loud/critical/doubting voice inside your head conjures negative thoughts or emotions? The experts have one primary go-to phrase and that’s “Let it be.” In other words, when you let something be, it just is. You don’t have to do anything to it or to yourself.
