KEEP THE FEET MOVING: It’s less about WHAT you’re doing and more about WHEN you’re doing it. You’re going to hear people call it many different things. Prep-step, Pre-Pitch, Hop Step etc, your goal should be as soon as you land, you move. There’s no point of moving before the ball is hit, just to stop and have to recreate momentum.
