Jeff Bezos (Amazon Founder) developed 14 “Leadership Principals” by which he ran his businesses that today is valued at over $1.6T. Google them. Each one is profound and worth a deep dive however, the one that resonates with me most is Ownership. Leaders are owners. They think long term and don’t sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. They act on behalf of the entire company, beyond just their own team. They never say “that’s not my job”.
