Birthright Citizenship shouldn’t be automatic OR eliminated. Give children born in the U.S. provisional status at birth. Pass a civics test or volunteer military service at 18 and full citizenship is earned. Pay taxes like everyone else. We want people who contribute. This gets them there. – Dad
