What’s the first thing you do when you put a puzzle together? Look at the picture on the box. A puzzle is much easier to put together if you know how it’s supposed to look. So in business, create a clear picture and then communicate that picture of the business result so that each person puts the puzzle together faster. – Andy Bailey
