People often ask me what my 10-year plan is and to be honest, I don’t have one. I choose to live exactly how I want to in the moment. The company by and large doesn’t exist as a means to an end for me, but instead as a means to be present. Jack Daly calls this life by design, but he started that process after he sold his company. I figure “why wait”. – Dad
