  1. Focus on yourself
  2. Spend energy on yourself
  3. “You do you”
  4. Stand up for yourself and look for solutions
  5. Take short breaks that allow you to reset
  6. Set boundaries around gymnastics discussions
  7. Plan mini reset days every 3 weeks
  8. Compartmentalize school and gym

As I matured as a player, my thought process became “this has to go in.” Reminding yourself that every putt is an opportunity for a make is powerful stuff. Invite visions or thoughts that inspire make, not miss.

This past baseball weekend we learned a lot about overcoming obstacles. We understand what it means to be resilient (able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions) and that there are no mistakes, only lessons.
